Can I send a courier or taxi to collect my order?
You can send a courier or taxi to collect your order on your behalf. The driver will need to have the order number upon collection and will be required to go inside the bakery to check the order and sign that it is in good condition before leaving.
I have a question about one of your cookbook recipes?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to answer individual queries about our cookbook recipes but for baking tips, please visit our blog or YouTube channel.
Do you have any nut free products?
We have some recipes that do not contain nuts and full ingredient lists can be found in each product description on our website, however, it is very important for our customers to know that all of our kitchens handle the following: dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery Monday-Sunday across most areas of London. Our delivery zones can be viewed here. Deliveries are carried out to all areas highlighted in pink on the map, any time during the day between 10am-6pm.
